What is the Plural Committee?
The Plural Committee is responsible for organizing, developing the project and all of the contents related to the 24th Summer Deaflympics 2021. Chaired by Emir José Alves da Silva e Evaldo Antônio Kuiava, is integrated by the associated members, honor council, executive council and employees.
The responsibilities of the Plural Committee are:
a) Organize the Deaflympics in the previous period, during and after the event;
b) Develop the project for conducting the Deaflympics in Caxias do Sul;
c) Prepare fundraising projects through federal incentive laws, state and municipal, in addition to seeking sponsors directly;
d) Contact with other sports entities holding sports equipment necessary for competition;
e) Articulate with public security bodies at the three levels;
f) Organize, together with the other entities, the actions related to the event;
g) Contact the federations and confederations of the modalities;
h) To promote Brazilian Sign Language and International Sign workshops in order to train volunteers.
