  • Research Interests: I supervise research focused on language teaching and learning, associating enunciative-discursive and interactionist approaches to various sociocultural practices, aiming at the development of reading and writing skills. I am interested in research related to Applied Sociolinguistics and Text Linguistics linked to the analysis of learning materials, didactic transposition, pedagogical practices and other research that contributes to language teaching and learning, both in Basic and Higher Education.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research related to cultural studies of gender, comparative literature and fantasy literature, with an emphasis on the unusual manifestations of Latin American female writers. I am also interested in research that aims to rescue female writers who have not been recognized by literary criticism. I am currently researching female authors and their unusual manifestations in Brazilian literature.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research that relates literature, memory, culture and religiousness, in dialogue with History. I am interested in research on the theme of literature and its representations in society. Currently, my research is directed towards the study of religions and migrations.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research that involves studies on reading as a means of constructing knowledge in different media, educational levels and modalities (in-person and distance learning), based on socio-interactionist approaches to language. I am interested in studies related to didactic texts, the process of didactic transposition and mother language teaching, especially relating it to the development of reading and writing skills.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research that relates literature, culture and the imaginary. I am interested in research that addresses literature in its connections with society, history and mythology. I work with literary texts in Portuguese, English and French; classical, romantic and modern literature; literary theory, drama and poetry studies.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research that addresses, in particular, children's literature and young adult literature, national or foreign, from different thematic perspectives, as well as reading policies and programs such as the PNLD (textbook) and also studies based on Sociology or the History of Reading. Research proposals must be in some way related to reading, formation of readers, libraries and children's or young adult literature, based on sources of empirical or documentary evidence. I am currently developing a research project that focuses on paratexts in literary books.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research on the analytical tradition of language, both in authors of classical semantics, such as Frege and Wittgenstein (Logical-Philosophical Treatise), and in authors of ordinary language analysis, such as Wittgenstein (Philosophical Investigations) and Austin, in addition to those of the hermeneutic current, such as Heidegger, Gadamer and Paul Ricoeur. The main interest is in the analysis of the relationship between context, form of use, culture, temporality, historicity, intentions of speakers/authors, grammar, logic and existing rules in understanding the meaning of a discourse, whether oral or written.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research that addresses Brazilian or Foreign Literary Narratives from different thematic perspectives, whether in literary theory studies, cultural studies, comparative literature or other arts. The research must be in some way related to the interface between literature and history, literature and society, literature and printed, electronic or digital media and also with the processes of literary creation, involving consultations to sources and collections.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research that focuses on music and/or literature and other forms of artistic and social expression, such as the languages ??of art and non-verbal languages. I am interested in research that contemplates discussions related to gender and diversity studies, memory and identity, aesthetics, racism and semiotics of culture.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research that addresses contemporary literary narratives in the Latin American and Caribbean context that are based on the dialogue between memory and violence (dictatorships, slavery, migrations, exile, civil wars, social violence). The research presents an interface between literature and history, whether through historical or testimonial novels, biographies, autofiction, narratives of the self in contexts of oppression, erasure/silencing of authors. I am currently researching historical novels by black female authors and the role of memory in the debate on the black diaspora, the slavery period and its social and identity-related developments.

  • Research Interests: I supervise studies related to the lexical approach to language, promoting interfaces with sociocultural factors, and/or covering the teaching and learning of native or foreign languages. Projects aligned with Corpus Linguistics whose objects of study are language, text, and discourse are preferred. However, other lexico-functional approaches to language and/or language teaching may be accepted by examining the project and its theoretical-methodological perspectives.

  • Research Interests: I supervise research that addresses reading practices, literary experiences and reading performance, as well as the relationships between teacher training and literary reading. Research proposals must, in some way, propose relationships with reading, reader training, reader profiles, reading mediation, literary experience, reading groups and clubs, and performative experience in literary reading.

  • Research Interests: My research is in the areas of Education and Languages, more specifically, concerning the relationships between teaching, learning, language and culture, the processes of concept formation and development of skills and abilities, meaningful learning, argumentative semantics, enunciation and the textual-discursive phenomena involved in reading and production activities. I am also interested in the teacher training process (in terms of undergraduate or continued education) and in other applications of enunciation and discourse theories to other areas of knowledge such as social communication (journalism, advertising and propaganda), psychology, information technologies and social inclusion processes.

  • Research Interests: My research is in the areas of Philosophy, Education and Languages, more specifically, those directed at the thought of deconstruction. I am interested in studies related to critical reflections on identity, difference, cultural studies, non-verbal languages, and other research that contributes to the questions that problematize discourses maintained as stable.
