To obtain the title of Master in Engineering and Environmental Sciences, the student must complete 24 credits - 12 in mandatory disciplines and 12 in elective disciplines - as well as develop and present the final work, which corresponds to 10 credits.

  • Environmental Education - 2 credits
  • Environmental Management and Planning - 60 class hours - 4 credits
  • Research Methodology in Engineering and Environmental Sciences - 30 class hours - 2 credits
  • Seminars - 30 class hours - 2 credits

  • Environmental Chemistry - 2 credits
  • Ecotoxicology and Biomonitoring - 2 credits
  • Biostatistics and Computational Methods - 4 credits (Offered together with Biotechnology)
Line: Environmental Technology
  • Waste Management - 30 class hours - 2 credits
  • Physical and Chemical Treatment of Water and Effluents - 4 credits
  • Microbiological Treatments of Waste - 4 credits
  • Treatments and Final Disposal of Solid Waste - 2 credits
  • Water and Effluent Reuse - 2 credits
Line: Environmental Management
  • Environmental Health - 2 credits
  • Economy and Environment - 2 credits (Offered together with Law)
  • Health Service Waste Management - 2 credits
  • EMS in Organizations - 2 Credits

To meet specific needs, a discipline named Special Topics in Engineering and Environmental Sciences will be offered, which will have two credits, equivalent to 30 class hours.
