To obtain the title of Master in Engineering and Environmental Sciences, the student must complete 24 credits - 12 in mandatory disciplines and 12 in elective disciplines - as well as develop and present the final work, which corresponds to 10 credits.

- Environmental Management and Planning - 60 class hours - 4 credits
- Research Methodology in Engineering and Environmental Sciences - 30 class hours - 2 credits

Line: Chemistry and Biomonitoring
- Environmental Chemistry - 2 credits
- Ecotoxicology and Biomonitoring - 2 credits
- Biostatistics and Computational Methods - 4 credits (Offered together with Biotechnology)
Line: Environmental Technology
- Waste Management - 30 class hours - 2 credits
- Physical and Chemical Treatment of Water and Effluents - 4 credits
- Microbiological Treatments of Waste - 4 credits
- Treatments and Final Disposal of Solid Waste - 2 credits
- Water and Effluent Reuse - 2 credits
Line: Environmental Management
- Environmental Health - 2 credits
- Economy and Environment - 2 credits (Offered together with Law)
- Health Service Waste Management - 2 credits
- EMS in Organizations - 2 Credits
To meet specific needs, a discipline named Special Topics in Engineering and Environmental Sciences will be offered, which will have two credits, equivalent to 30 class hours.
